I have always been The Curious.

Some people build careers by following a straight path. I built mine by chasing the questions that wouldn’t leave me alone.

Twenty-five years in human resources and organizational development. More than a decade coaching leaders at every level. 15,000 leaders. 100+ events.

And beneath all of it? A restless drive to understand how people grow, how systems evolve, and what it takes to navigate the space between who we are and who we’re becoming.

This drive built Curiosetti.

Because leadership, as it’s often taught, never quite fit me—or the people I worked with. It was too rigid. Too prescriptive. Too focused on checking boxes instead of actually guiding people through complexity, challenge, and change.

But I knew something deeper was at play. And it turns out, I wasn’t alone.

A Life of Navigating the Unpredictable

I joke that all my hobbies try to kill me. I ride draft horses the size of houses. You know how to feel petite? Ride a giant horse! Horses are the greatest teachers you'll ever have about your body language, your motives, and your intention.

There is no lying to a horse. No "muscling through". No fake it until you make it.

I paddle tiny boats through powerful whitewater. Occasionally a raft, but mostly whitewater kayaks. Colorful little skittles of happiness dancing through rapids and around rocks, and sometimes upside down examining your choices in life.

Here I learn attention to detail, intention, focus. How to collaborate. How to ask for help.

I find joy in uncomfortable places—because that’s where the best learning happens.

I’ve spent my life chasing growth, not because it’s easy, but because it’s the only way forward. I know what it is to wrestle with impostor syndrome, to feel like “too much,” to be told to quiet down or wait my turn.

And I know what it is to keep going anyway. That’s what The Curious do.

We move toward the questions. We find meaning in the mess. We don’t settle for surface-level anything.

Neurodivergence, Guideship, and the Seeds of Potential

I’m AudHD—autistic and ADHD—which means my brain works in patterns, connections, and rapid-fire insights. I see the space between ideas.

Associative thought comes naturally to me in a rapid fire Robin Williams delivery.

I make intuitive leaps that pull concepts together in ways that aren’t always linear, but always lead somewhere powerful.

That means I thrive in creative problem-solving, high-stakes coaching, and seeing possibilities where others see roadblocks.

It also means I wrestle with executive function struggles, self-doubt, and a brain that moves faster than the world sometimes expects.

The Seeds of Potential grew from that experience.

They aren’t just values. They aren’t just skills. They are both a map and a toolkit, a way to navigate leadership and learning that works in real-time. They’re mile markers and guideposts, fine-tuning the equalizer of Guideship in every moment.

Because leading isn’t about knowing all the answers. It’s about learning how to move through uncertainty, build in complexity, and create the conditions where people—and ideas—can thrive.
